Athlete support

If you practice a sport and do strength training to improve in that sport, you are talking about sport-specific training. There is no sport imaginable where more strength is not desirable. By strengthening all major muscle groups, more specific work can then be done on the movement patterns that make a sport unique. A horseback rider will, of course, need to train very differently than a rugby player.

Training Load

In addition to making your body stronger and more efficient, at SPORTJA we also look very detailed at your total training load to manage your energy effectively. Of course, the intention is not for you to push so hard during your additional sports training that your performance on the field declines.
