Power Hour – Strength & Condition in Group Setting
Power Hour is a group class where you work on both strength and fitness. The power hour is accessible to everyone. In the power hour, there is a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that invites you to get the most out of yourself.

CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics – Training with Your Own Body Weight
During the calisthenics group lesson, you primarily train with your own body weight. The exercises are challenging but can be scaled so that everyone can participate at their own level.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Weightlifting – Strength, Technique & Mobility
Weightlifting is an advanced strength sport where technique, strength, and mobility come together. This lesson is less accessible for beginners; it is advisable to first master the squat, deadlift, and overhead press.
Why Weightlifting?
