Hi!
I am Julia and I study Physiotherapy. My sports background is diverse: from classical ballet to tennis, running, cycling, and rowing. Strength training has always been a constant factor, both to support sports and as a passion in itself. I derive a lot of pleasure from sharing this interest and guiding people towards their training goals.
At the moment, I am fully focused on Olympic weightlifting. What I find fun and challenging about this sport is that so many factors come into play. It's a constant quest in which you can always improve something, both physically and mentally.
